Whose products do we offer?
We are a regulated credit broker, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We introduce customers to a select group of funders who provide us with a range of lending options which may be suitable for your purchase. We offer Finance GAP insurance from a single provider, Premia Solutions Ltd
Which service will we provide you with?
In assessing your demands and needs we will need to obtain some information about your personal circumstances. Depending on your responses we will make recommendations that are suitable for your individual needs. We will not offer recommendations or advice for GAP insurance, we will offer you a range of products from our supplier Premia Solutions Ltd, you will then need to make your own choice as to the suitability of the products for your needs.
What will you pay us for our services?
We charge an administration fee of £150.00 + VAT for our services. Some of our funders / lenders may also charge an administration fee, however this will be clearly documented on your written quotation. We may also receive and introductory commission from the finance provider we have introduced you to, once you have entered into the agreement. We don’t charge any additional fees for your GAP insurance products, however we may receive a commission from the provider, Premia Solutions Ltd
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Whilst obtaining finance for your vehicle, we will pass your details on to one or more of our finance providers. Their details are available upon request. These lenders will need to undertake credit searches with a credit reference agency which may affect your credit rating.

Treating Customers Fairly, what does this mean?
Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) is a key principle set by the national financial regulator the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to ensure customers are treated fairly.
The FCA has outlined 6 outcomes as part of the TCF which include:
Outcome 1: Customers can be confident that they are dealing with firms where the fair treatment of customers is central to the corporate culture.
Outcome 2: Products and services marketed and sold in the retail market are designed to meet the needs of any identified consumer groups and are targeted accordingly.
Outcome 3: Consumers are provided with clear information and are kept appropriately informed before, during and after point of sale.
Outcome 4: Where consumers receive advice, the advice is suitable and takes account of their circumstances.
Outcome 5: Consumers are provided with products that perform as firms led them to expect, and the associated service is of an acceptable standard and as they have been led to expect.
Outcome 6: Consumers do not face unreasonable post-sale barriers imposed by firms to change product, switch provider, submit a claim or make a complaint.

Personal Information collected and why
The information that you voluntarily provide to us when using this website including, without limitation: your name, addess(es), telephone number(s) and e-mail address(es); information about the vehicle(s) you have expressed interest in leasing; if you place an order we will require information about your employment and bank details and any other information about your use fo this website. All this is necessary for us to recognise you as a registered customer and to fulfil the orders you place with us. We hold information which you provide for our own administrative, sales and marketing.
Credit Search Procedure
If you decide to proceed with an application to lease a vehicle we use your information to obtain a credit check from credit reference agencies. In considering your application our financiers will search your record at credit reference agencies which will add to your record details of our searches and this will be seen by other organisations that make searches. If you submit a business application searches will be made in respect of directors or partners of firms applying for credit. If you have a joint application or have told us of some financial associaton with another person you are permitting us to disclose information and authorise a credit search about you, the joint applicant and anyone referred by you.
It is important that you give us accurate information as our financiers will check your details with fraud prevention agencies and if you give us false or inaccurate information and fraud is suspected this will be recorded. The credit information that you provide will be shared with other organisations and used by them to trace debtors and recover debt; prevent fraud and to check your identity to prevent money laundering.
Data Protection Act
We have notified the Data Protection Commissioner under the terms of the Data Protection Act that it may obtain information about data subjects.
IP Addresses and Server Logs
When you enter our web site, we use your Internet Protocol ("IP") address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our web site and to help identify you. We also have the ability to know what type of operating system and browser software you use and to identify the goegraphical location of your browser. Your IP address is also used by us to gather broad demographic information and for other purposes, such as monitoring visitor frequency. This infromation is used solely for monitoring the volume of traffic the site receives and measuring the number of Clients.
We share the information we gather with advertisers and other partners. The information we share comprises information in aggregate form only. We do not share personal information about anybody unless we have your specific permission to do so.
