Key Customer Information

The customers Driving Licence will be required on delivery where the rental companies insurance has been used.
The rental company offer a free of charge Pick Up service. This service offers you a free pick-up from any location in order to be taken to the rental company office to collect the hire vehicle. At the end of the rental, the hire vehicle can be returned to the rental company office and they will drop the customer back to their home/office.
Delivery Service is available (charged at £10 + VAT)
Collection Service is available (charged at £10 + VAT)
If the vehicle is not returning to the same location from where it originated a one-way fee will be levied, this fee will be £20 for cars and £30 for vans.

Daily Rental Service Charter - UK Mainland and Northern Ireland

We have a central reservation facility and operate a 'no turndown' policy on core vehicle groups. This does not apply to estate and automatic derivatives.
We operate a 2 hour Grace Period at the end of your rental
We guarantee that if we cannot provide you with a vehicle within the group requested, we will upgrade you at no extra cost
We will deliver core vehicle groups within 2 working hours, MPV's and vans within 4 working hours and other commercial vehicles on request
Vehicles are collected within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
We provide a 24 hour breakdown and recovery service for your peace of mind

Traveling Abroad and Airport Rentals

Arriving in UK: We provide an Express Airport Service
Travelling abroad by Car: With the purchase of our recovery package you can take the vehicle overseas at the UK Daily Rate
While Overseas: International tariff available on request

Our Service Promise

If you are not entirely satisfied with the condition of the vehicle upon delivery we will take £5.00 off your invoice
If we deliver your vehicle up to 30 minutes late we will take £5.00 off your invoice
If we deliver your vehicle up to 1 hour late we will take £15.00 off your invoice
If we deliver more than 2 hours late we will take £15.00 off your invoice
If we collect your vehicle late we will deduct £5.00 from your invoice

Insurance (Rental Company Insurance - collision damage waiver [CDW])

The prices shown above include the rental companies insurance. For vehicle groups A, B, BA, C, D and DA the driver must be over 21 years of age & have held a full driving licence for more than 12 months. For all other groups the driver must be over 25 years of age & have held a full driving licence for more than 12 months.
If damage occurs to the vehicle whilst in the hirer's posession and a credit card booking has been made, the insurance excess amount will be debited from the customers credit card.

Terms and Conditions

Your hire includes a total of 2,500 free miles in any 28 day period
Core cars and vans must be insured for 4 working hours following termination on customers own insurance
Penalty charges will be applied if the vehicle mileage exceeds the maximum mileage limit displayed on the vehicle dashboard
For vehicle groups A, B, BA, C, D and DA, the driver must be over 21 years of age and have held a full driving license for more than 12 months. For all other vehicle groups the driver must be over 25 years of age.
CDW for premium vehicles must be obtained via the customers own policy.

Payment Terms

Payment will be taken up front at the start of the rental by credit card.
A VAT receipt will be posted out to the renter's name and address at the end of the rental and / or after each 28 day period has been charged.
Vehicles which return early will receive a payment return back to the customer's credit card. Please be aware that whilst this is completed by the rental company on the day of offhire it can take up to 28 days for the credit card merchant to process this return.

Pre-contract Rental

This service is available to all Network customers awaiting delivery of a lease vehicle ordered with Network.
